I am 17 and i ran away from home but i am on probation in new mexico tell 4-10-14 but will be 18 on 2-14-13. If a warrent was put out for me how much time would i do.and my origanal charges that put me on probation was B and E

You could serve the original sentence plus time for anything else - breaking probation, being a runaway. You could be given another chance. You could get probation again.

Warrants never die - it will be "good" until you are 110 years old.

If you get stopped the Police will hold you. Whether or not they'll take you back to NM is anyone's guess.

What if i turn my self in after im 18 people have said ur probstion gets switched to adult parol can that change anything

does not matter, where you serve your time, but if you had two or three years probation, you could serve that much in prison.
