i live in a apartment in anchorage alaska and there are floor heater that run along the bottom of the floor i had the window open because the apartment would get pretty stuffy
even thou i would not have the heater on it was pretty cold outside maybe 5 degrees the
next morning i notice the floor was wet so i told the landlord they said that i had broke the floor heater because i had my window open this was not the first time i had
my window open is this possible and can they charge me for this i dont know what kind of
heater they are sorry can you just tell me if this is possible thanks breezie

The window being open did not damage the heater.
