I got arrested in 1994 didnt go to jail it was drop to a misdemeanor 6months probation. Will I be ok?

The misdemeanor conviction will show up, but as long as you listed it and was honest about the conviction on the application, a misdemeanor does not stop you from being licensed

Yes get the permit, while most positions don't ask for them ( nor want them) many do, and it opens you up to a large amount of positions.

So on my fingerprint application circle yes :( it also states to write what I was arrested.for but also says for me to give proof of documents from the state it happen in the court all this crazy stuff. That was in 94 and in p.a
I dont have any paper work from back then. So I just state that in my letter when I submit my application from my fingerprints to albany?

Write a letter stating what the misdemeanor was and that it was from 94 and you don't have any documents. You can never go bad being honest.

I just hope telling the truth doesnt bite me in the for something dumb I did 20years ago. So am goin to tell the truth circle yes and write the letter and pray for the best :)
