I've been looking for my Daughter Elizabeth Crain. her mom broke it off with me when she was 1 and got married a month later and i haven't seen my daughter for almost 2 years. she is now 3. i've heard rumors my ex went to germany with her new husband. my daughter has a passport that i signed before she left me. i guess my question is... How do i find her and how do i get her back if she is out of state or the country?
