someone was asked to perform a show at a specific date for a company but unfortunately the person kidney was ruptured and so must undergo surgery. But the company now wants to sue the man for breach of contact. Do you think that the company will succeed and state why you say that.

Did the person perfom at a specific date for the company? This is the first question you must answer. No the person did not perform at the specific date. Now do you think the company will win a breach of contract lawsuit? To answer this you must understand what a breach of contract is and contract law. Also you will need to know if similar cases have succeeded and what legal basis did they have to succeed if they succeeded.
