hi i live in orange county ca and got 3 dui’s last convicted date was jan 2012 .i have a suspended license and this sat i went to pick up my car from a parking meter my girlfriend had left my car there.i got pulled over and was ticketed my court date is in july 2012 .can i get a restricted license after 6 months and am i going to get my car towed for 30days? and am i looking at for sure jail time?also do you know of a good orange county attorney and should i plead not guilty to delay time even though i was guilty?

I doubt there is any jail time, most likely they will try to revoke your license, instead of suspended, making it take a lot lover to get one. Most likely have a large fine 1000 to 2000 dollars.

I would have assumed they towed your car when you were caught.

hi my names billy i just got pulled over 2 hours ago in oc, cA on a suspended it my 3rd time... i have 2 duis its been over a year from the second dui and ive finished all of my classes and such except 1 im still working on. my question is since the car is registered under my moms name will there be anyway for her to get it out sooner she called and talked to chp who is holding the car for 30 days at the towing co. ive been trying so hard straighting out my life and now this happened any info asap would help so so much thank you and god bless
