5 years back i had a separation with my husband and i made a stamp paper stating that ' i give talak to my wife' and send it to him for signature. he refused twice and then i took the paper myself to him. he did not read it and signed the paper without saying any thing. im having a doubt now. does that proves in any way that the talak is not done? as he says that i havnt given u talak. and it was ur words that u made me sign for.
