Well im 25 weeks pregnant and the last 2 days iBeen feeling like iHave to use the bathroom (#2) and iDo use it regularly but iStill feel like iHave to and when iTry to nothing comes out and my stomach keeps feeling like cramping but im not sure if its contractions. But they really hurt bad help!!

If you're concerned then you really should contact your OBGYN.

I do want to add that constipation in pregnancy is a natural occurrence, and that's what this sounds like. But, having said that, this is only a guess, and this could be something more serious, so please, see your doctor. No one can diagnose you over the internet.
