I have bought Noma 7 day programmable thermostat (52-2570-6 model). I can't get humdifier working. Unit comes on, but makes chattering noise, and it moves very slowly. I took off the wire (H2 and H1) and shorted them, humidifier unit works fine. I also tried to reverse the polarity coming out off the carrier furnace, but still same issue.

Could someone help? I tried to call 1 888 468 6876 and the recording say some sort of marketing firm that I have reached. Can't find wed site for noma it self. Please help.
