It's possible that you could get pregnant. Do you have a normal cycle now? Many girls with this syndrome cannot get pregnant due to non functioning ovaries.

May I ask how old you are? You have never had a period?

I am 18...it is because of the turner syndrome

No periods is absolutely due to the syndrome. It is likely that your ovaries are not functioning properly and that you will not be able to have children.

I recommend you go to your doctor to have your hormone levels checked. Specifically luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone.
