Facebook has a documentation page you might want to look at: Facebook for Websites - Facebook Developers (http://developers.facebook.com/docs/guides/web/)

Try this...

Log In | Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=#########) - The ### is your facebook ID.
To get yours, login to facebook. Then click on your home page. It should give you your id in the address bar.

Or give the Facebook Badges a go... Open facebook, search for badges. You will find About Facebook Website Badges.

Hope this helps
