I am 13 and i have recently been masturbating quite a lot, today i went to the toilet and i noticed quite a big lump on my penis like in the middle, there is a smaller one on the other side, i am really worried and i dont want to see my parents about it because it is quite embarrassing, nor do i want to see a doctor, please help someone?
