i am 16 and a half stone and i am 5ft 8inch and i have been told by my doctor to lose weight but i have tryed and i just seem to put it on and not lose it i need help

So how old are you and what have you tried ?
You doctor will (should of) made some suggestions or refereed you to a weight consoler.
