I recently changed home addresses in ill. You have to wait for parole to come and sign paperwork w them I have been in my new apartment under house arrest for 16 days now no one will return phone call to me and I have medical issues, I have missed my last 2 weeks of physical therapy and 2 dr. appts. Not to mention I have not grocery shopped either and have no couch tables. And am out of clean clothes.
I have called 4 times and have left 2 messages with his supervisor. I will cake any advise

Why are you on "house arrest" do you use a ankle monitor ?

What were the terms of your "house arrest" at the old apartment ? Did you get the OK to move prior to moving ?

When is your next in office meeting with them.

You can make an appointment with the parole manager for that office and/or district if a small one person office.

House arrest given to me from parole board order I was in idoc for driving on revloked. Yes anckle monitor and I had movement for various things in ill when you are first released or change home sites you are required to stay there usuall the same day you move but up to 3 days until new agent arrives and you sign paperwork. I was told by my new officer to stay only to leave by ambulance. We don't have office visets in ill always home visets and 1 time a month is all that's required. I can't get anyone to call me back.

how do i start to file against parole office?Hello mike:

I've never heard of such a thing. Certainly, you can't be expected to starve. Here's a LONG SHOT. Since you can't leave, you may file a motion for a writ of mandamus, which REQUIRES a bureaucrat to DO his job. Start with a phone call to the judges clerk or the clerk of the court. Call the public defenders office. DOCUMENT every phone call and what resulted...

If NONE of that gets any result, call the local cops and give them a heads up that you'll be LEAVING soon, so you don't STARVE.
