Why .exe file is not run everywhere

We need more details here. As Chuck noted, this post was moved here. You originally posted it to an existing thread in the forum Help area. In that thread was a post with instructions on how to ask questions. Obviously you didn't bother to read it.

You need to tell us what EXE won't run, what happens when you try to run them, what version of windows you have any anything else that might help us help you.
