We had to break the concrete surround at ground level, at the elbow of the pipe, to clear a major blockage in the rain water pipe. As I can no longer properly access the pipe, I would like to know if there is any method I can use to fix an additional piece of pipe/elbow to the damaged pipe. thank you

You have to cut it out and splice in new pvc.
