I just noticed my former employer posted photographs of me with others on their company Facebook page. I have asked them to remove them, and they have not. I did not sign any authorization or release to post pictures of me. Ho can I get them to comply with my request?

IF the photos were taken at work and/or at work events or in public, you can't. For example I can go to the Walmart and take photos of anyone in the parking lot and post on my facebook page. Unless the photos are in some way hurting you or have been altered in a way to misrepresent you that is nothing you can do. You ask, they refuse you can ask again if you wish.
