I"ve been indicted on a marijuana charge. On my papers they said that i despense,barter dispute to *** persons name deleted out***** 30 grams or less. So i was wondering what could happen. Another Question is that i caught a simle assault charge bond out then they let me work on the work program. All doing this time i worked a couple of days then told the officer that i had a job to make some money therefore i can stop working on the program. Me and the officer had problems which he cursed me out and put his hand in my face. I cursed backed a him telling him that you just can't treat me any kind of way.He told me that um bout to take you back to jail becuase you think you can just talk to me any kind of way i told him you was talking to me any kind of way. so he filed papers on me for resising arrest and disordely conduct. But i actually know whats all this about because i use to talk to this girl that he have just recently hooked up with. I just want to know what to do. Because i just got out monday waiting to go to this indictment hearing and Tutwiler has a warrant out for me which i haven't even did nothing but spoke my mind.

Note you can not curse a PO out, they may curse you out but if you get in their face, they will almost always send you back to jail, in fact they bait you and will get in our face hoping you will do something stupid. But this new charge is a violation of your probation or work program anyway, so that is enough to put you back in jail.

The drug charge is very very serious, it is the selling of drugs and you can expect up to a 10 plus year sentence on it, ( very little change of parole without some time served) so expect to do 1 to 3 years on this charge if you can not beat it.
