My fiancé has to register as a sex offender every year, and he does. But while we were split for 3 weeks, he moved back to his moms house and didn't unregister and reregister in the county he moved back to. His probation was trasfered from the county he was living in and now has a current probation office in the county he lives in. He has had this probation office for almost 2 months now. His probation officer told him that switching probation is all he had to do. He got out in 2008 and has completed all counceling classes required within the first year of being released, he now is on non reporting probation, and has never messed up since he's been out. When he originally got out we were living with his parents and now we moved back to his parents house not just a random place to try to hide. He's also on the first offenders program... What could happen in his case?

My guess ( and it is just a guess) they may put him back on supervised probation, but they can do almost anything they want.
