You have to connect to his wireless network and more than likely need a security key. This includes finding his network: look on your task bar for the little symbol that looks like stair steps. Click this to see available networks. Find his network. Click to connect, enter the WEP key or other needed password ( "security key") This can often can be found on a sticker on the modem/router, if not then call your internet provider for walk through on looking at your router settings or to see if they will give it to your bf, if he is the account holder Enter it to connect. This is a basic walk through from memory.

Good luck
