I completed a form on a website; http://thewoodstore.co.uk/forms/contact.html - and have had no return on this information. Now there is an issue on information submitted - and I have no way of showing what I believe I sent! Is there some way to retrieve from my computer the original completed form - with all fields showing my entries?

Generaly no, there are some browser plugins like lastPass that let you save this information to be reused. Other than that post information is usually not saved
