First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

The fact that they are a temp worker doesn't really matter. Most temp employees are paid by the agency they work for. So you serve your writ of execution on the Temp agency. The problem you may have is that they don't work enough to get the minimum wage that may be required for a garnishment.

Of course you have to obtain a judgment first.
