Hi, I have had an unfortunate accident today where I was playing baseball and I went to stop a rolling roll and as I crouched down, at the last second the ball bounced up and hit me really hard in the balls....I am in a lot of pain and feel really sick in my stomach for some reason, im a bit worried. Im 18 years old. What should I do? I do not want to go to a doctor about this as im embarrassed...

Is it normal to hurt so much? Its been like an hour now...

ice, but you go to the doctor, it can be very serious. You are going to have your "private" parts checked and looked at by medical professionals 100's of times over the years. Nothing to be embarrassed.

Finding that because you failed to get treatment that you could perhaps never have sex again, that would be hard to explain to a girl ( or boy) friend
