You have enough to call and report this to social services. Also your mom could ask for custody. Since you are not working, do not have enough money to pay for an lawyer, pay for your home housing ( you can't just live with someone else)

So if you are not being properly taken care of, report it to social services

You can't get an apartment because you are a minor and can't enter into a lease. You have to get a job and save up enough to show you can provide for yourself before you even start an application for emancipation.

I would suggest that you do contact social services if you are being physically abused.
