I have been on an F-1 visa since 2009. In 2011, my income was less than $20,000. Can I claim the Georgia low-income tax credit even though I am a non-resident alien?

Georgia stopped offering the Low Income Credit in 2010.

Ok, thanks! I just wonder why Turbotax is giving me the option to take the credit.

Take the credit offered by TurboTax.

I might be wrong.
