Has "error 401 , restart the magic jack" , what burron in menu is restart

This should cover it:

Restart the magicJack:

Click "Menu" on the top right-hand corner
Click "Advanced Users
Click on "Restart"

If your magicJack PLUS is plugged into your modem or router, unplug it from the power source, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

I am trying to buy magic jack again for another year when i login it says invalid e-mail but it is not invalid what can i do to get to my acct ????
