I have a 2005 Honda Civic with manual locks. The key will no longer turn to lock or unlock the door.

If its the right key but worn, a good locksmith, or key duplicator may be able to cut a new key, with your worn key slightly off, so the duplicate will have the worn area replaced?

Try spraying WD-40, using the smart straw, deep into the locking mechanism.
