I watched this movie when I was a kid. It should be a '70s or older movie. I vaguely remember the details. A woman moves into a new house with her daughter. The daughter goes missing. Eventually we learn the woman's brother hid the girl out of jealousy and pretended the girl was kidnapped. For some reason I think the movie title was "* is gone" and "*" was the name of the little girl. I'm not sure about that though. I remember a scene with a swing if I'm not mistaken.
