This may sound weird but does anyone know how I would go about starting to get into acting I can't seem to get anywhere I have loved acting since I was little and in primary school won awards but I don't know where to go from here!

Any suggestions?

Well, I did a lot of acting in my school days.
If you want to take thing further may be worth looking up your loacl Amateur Dramatics society.
Most towns have one, and it's a great way to meet new people.

I am currently doing my first year in a Creative Arts School in Sydney and absolutely loving every aspect of it!
School is a great foundation for anyone, but I would personally suggest doing a course of some sort. If you are already working etc, many Colleges/Universities have night school where you can go once or twice a week. I highly recommend you going a course of some sort to further your skills if you would like to pursue a career in acting.
It is a tough industry to break into, but having experience and some sort of qualification behind you I'm sure you can do it.
Good luck!

The best way to get into acting is to go and audition. Finding auditions can be done by google-ing audition + your town ( if you live in a or around a nice size city it should/might have an auditons site), or go to craigslist. The next step after that is to prepare monologues which you can do by reading plays, the more plays you read the more you will learn about styles and playwrites. It's really not that difficult with a little hard work and determination, and talent (of course).
