I have a crush on my manager.?

He's a cute guy, he winks ,similar age as me, because he helped me a lot at work, He stand up for me when co worker humiliate me , I poked my finger,he put a bandage on me ,my face instantly turn red. Every time I see him I want to talk to him and see more of him, almost everyday and every minute. I already gave him a thank you card , after I gave to him, he start to being really shy around me, and afraid to talk to me anymore, is he rejecting me or just shy? What else can I do to get his attention?
