Before my parents got together my father had a pre child with another women. After their split they both had half custody of him. He lived mostly with my dad but when I was 2 we traveled to another country and his mom did not let him. He mostly was taken care of by Foster Care agencies in Riverside. Now that I have heard all the story and I'm 17 I would really like to find him. But I don't know how. Where can I look for him and would the foster care agencies be able to tell me any info on his whereabouts?

Riverside where? CA? Yes, start with foster care agencies, hopefully with his name and birthdate and both parents' names, especially his mother's. Ask your parent or parents and any relatives. Starting with any and all family usually gets the best results. You can Google his name and look on Facebook too. Many people find each other so good luck.

Legally you cannot begin a search until you are legal age, usually 18.

Otherwise, yes, "Joy" is 100% correct. The Internet is your best search engine.
