So I watched this movie a few years back and I think it was old even then so I guess its from the 90s. Anyway this girl escapes from her fosterparents and tryes to steal a car but the owner who is only a couple years older then her catches her and eventually offers her a ride. She is 17 I think so the police are looking for them blah blah. Near the end the guy tryes to adopt her and eventually they get married. Also I remember that the guy was hitting his head on the stearing wheel quite a lot whenever he decided to help her knowing that will get him into more trouble... So if you recognise this movie please give me the tittle:)
