My ex bought me a few computer parts and I had a computer laying around that I told her I would give it to her once I moved to Alaska with her. She broke off our relationship without telling me why and she won't talk to me when I call or text. She texts me and asks me to send the computer but I won't because I only agreed to give it to her once I got there. Now she is trying to sue me in small claims for the computer and the gifts she gave me.

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Getting the court to award a judgment is a different story.

She is trying to sue you? Either she has sued you or she hasn't. Which is it?
