ROMFN_000008C4 and ROMFN_0000083C.
There are 2 files also on my other computer, They are:- ROMFN_00000528 and ROMFN_00000B44.

Hi,
Most probably those files are either viruses, trojan or some sort of spywares.
There are so many sticky trojan and spywares which you cannot delete with the delete option. Are you using Antivirus Software? Run a complete system scan with it and all trojans will be detected and removed from your system. You have to use also one of the Antispyware Softwares for scanning spywares/malwares. I am using SUPERAntispyware which is working very well. If you dont have one download any good one and run a complete scan which will remove all the malwares from your system. If you want SUPERAntispyware you can download the free version from the below link.
SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware! (http://www.superantispyware.com)

Thank's for the suggestion, but these files are not Bugs. I run Avast once a week and Ad-Aware and Spybot twice a week. These files also do not appear in Safe mode, therefore they are connected with start up.

I am confused now. If you are sure that those files are not bugs or adwares then why do you want to delete them.

I had some trojan in my system which was coming up as pop up. I am using McAfee Antivirus and I was using Ad-Aware SE Pro and both were used for scanning and no trojan or adwares of that kind was detected. Then I installed SUPERAntispyware and did a complete scanning and this particular trojan was detected and removed.

If you are sure that those two files are not bugs or any type of malwares I dont understand why you are trying to delete them.

I always delete temp files when scanning my computer, and I just wanted to know what they are and why I can't delete them. Simple reason being that I am curious and want to know why.
