I am a 60% owner of an s-corporation along with my spouse that is a 40% owner. The business has slowed down so much that there has been no money to pay me. He has taken over my part of the work and I am seeking new work outside of the business. I paid into unemployment for over 15 years and have never drawn. Can I legally draw unemployment on myself?
