The only thing you can do is to try and use a data-recovery software. Please go to download.com and search for data recovery. Try one of the programs as they usually offer free trials. By the way, do not use your browser until you have used a data recovery software. If you happen to use your computer now and any application writes over the same hard drive sectors, then you can never recover what you have deleted.
