My ex movied in with me and was to pay half of all our bills these bills included Con ed Cable Parking and rent. He then needed to switch is cell phone account because it was under his ex girlfriends account. I then said top him that he could be put under my account and him and his daughter could switch that way. I then make it clear to him that he was responsible for his bill and his daughters bill when the monthly statement arrived. He for a while did pay but then it became slowly an issue to where now he owes over $1000 to the phone company because he did not pay his bill. He has verablly told me that he will start to make payments to pay off his debt but I have not seen a dime and this bill is now over 2000 dollars and under my name and my credit is getting hurt because of this. What can I do legally to get this money
