What's nativity? Birth place and birth date?
Without a name, it's hopeless. A picture doesn't help. Just because cop shows on TV have face recognition software doesn't mean most people do - even those shows are unrealistic. And the person has to have a criminal record.

There actually is some pretty good facial recognition software available BUT the same or a very similar photo has to be posted in order for the software to ID the person.

It's obviously different with the Police and Fed Government which have FAR advanced software programs.
