I have seriously edited your post.

While this site is read by thousands of great people it can also be read by scammers and crooks who could easily find ways to try and scam you with fake murder lists, ghost hunts and more.

There is no list, you will have to talk to people who used to own the house, people living in the area and search though police records and news paper records.
