Sparkle-nvidia-- geforce 210 graphics card
19 inch acer TFT screen

I think it depends on the sale venue. New Q8300 based systems are currently $400-$600 on Ebay without a monitor. However I can't imagine someone local paying that much for a used system even with a monitor.
