I need help with getting my printer which is a lexmark X7350 series to print.
I have replaced the cartridge and printer will not print.
Printer does not recognize that the new cartridge replaced the old.

Hopefully you have resolved this problem by now, but just in case you haven't I will chime in. First of all, is this a new, genuine Lexmark print cartridge or a refill? If it is a refilled cartridge, that is likely the issue. If not, read on.

I have a similar Lexmark printer, so I'm only assuming this will apply to you.

Try going into the "Lexmark Solution Center" (which should be in the start menu or an icon in the system tray), select "Maintenance", then "Install a new print cartridge". My hope is that there is an option to tell it you have put a new one in.
