I had a baby April 2006 and my period has been regular ever since. I was supposed to get my period dec. 2nd or about and it's now middle of february and i still have not gotten it. i just took my 13th pregnancy test and still coming negative. my doctor can not get me in for another 2 weeks and im freaking out. Ive been extremely stressed out could that or anything else prevent me from not getting my period? please help me!!thanks!!

yes stress can delay a period. and then you stress about if you are pregnant or not, on top of what you are already stressing about, and yes, that can delay your period a couple months. you should probably just calm down, and wait to see what the doctor says. i wouldn't spend any more money on pregnancy test at the moment. for the money you spent on them, you could have gone to the ER and gotten a blood test. don't get me wrong, i've done the same thing. i skipped a period one month, and was convinced i was pregnant. the only problem was, i was getting all negatives on the 10 tests i took in a 3 week period. i wasn't pregnant, my body had just not ovulated one month (for the first and so far only time in 10 years of having my cycle). a month later i got my period like usual, and a month later, i ended up being pregnant. so, try to stop stressing, and when you see the doctor, they will let you know what's going on with you. best of luck!
