Large department stores, are more times than not, owned by larger corporations. This is the case with your situation. Depending on how their books and finances are set up, many times there are multiple layers, they are intertwined, and the parent company may distribute the W-2. You have nothing to worry about. You job is safe. File your tax return with that W-2. AtlantaTaxExpert Feb 11, 2007, 09:21 PM RubyPitbull Feb 12, 2007, 04:53 AM Thank you ATE. I reread the post this morning. I am now unclear as to what the OP was asking. It may very well be worry about a missing W-2. ATE you need to be online more often! :) AtlantaTaxExpert Feb 12, 2007, 09:30 AM Ruby: Come on, give me a break! It's TAX SEASON! I already lose up to 2 hours sleep a night posting to this site. RubyPitbull Feb 12, 2007, 09:34 AM I know, I know.
