I have a column with numbers. I need to multiply the same numbers with 3 and I don't want to make a new column - it must happen in the same one. Is there any function for that?

You can write a formula for the cell you want the total to apper in. For instance, you can write a formula into a cell like =B8*B12 and that cell will equal the product of the new cell. Please let me know if this covers what you are trying to do. Now I tried it. THAT'S GREAT! I would never make it without you! Thanks a lot! Best wishes, M. Very powerful conversions at your disposal in there. Copyright ©2005-, Ask Me Help Desk
