I never recieved my W2 from my former employer. What do I do to report them? They were very aweful to me and I am sure that this was no accident. I know that it's against the law to withold a persons W2 but I have no idea how to get my records any other way.:(

First, call the company and ask for the W-2. If they do not respond, then call the IRS.

I suspect they will come around when they get the phone call from the IRS.
