I weight about 112 and my breast size is 36D I hate it makes me look fat on top and my back hurts is there any exercise to reduce my breast smaller. And I can't afford breast reduction which I would If I could.

No, there are no exercises. In fact if you exercise the underlying muscles will be strengthened and you will look bigger.

36" around is a large size. Are you sure that's the size?

Have you tried a reducer bra?

Are you still nursing your baby?

Well hello .. there is no exercize to make them smaller ,
If you think your getting back pains you need
to see the physio therapist to help.

No I stopped nursing 6 months ago because they would get bigger and very painful. Yeah that's my size. I've never heard of a reducer. What does that do?

It's basically a miminizer bra - I wear them. They are very comfortable and very well constructed to minimize your breast size's appearance.
