Hi im form England and I am currently a full time student whose working part time problem is Im getting taxed emergency credit and when I'v rang the tax office they said i need to get a statement of earnings (which iv asked my old employer for but they dont send) or a form which says i will only work in the holidays. Im stuck now I dont know what to do, are there any other ways I can sort my money out?
