My wife and I just married in june of '06
can we file seperately or jointly or
do we have the choice to file whichever
way get's us the best tax return?

If we got the H&R will they figure it both ways?

I am looking into buying into a farm as a tax shelter does
anyone out there have any advice about this? Both my
wife and my parents farm. Is anyone doing this along
with their professional career and have advise on doing it?

More details once I know there is an expert farm tax person sorry two different tax questions?

Yes, you have the choice to file whichever way results in the least amount of tax.

H&R Block should do it both ways, but service with them is uneven at best. I would not rely on it.

I do farm returns, but I am NOT an expert!
