SHe's not coming to school without a student visa...shes not going to be allowed to remain here married or not without a immigration VISA. THere are all lot of different ones...they don't just hand them out to everyone that asks....and a marriage doesn't automatically make her a citizen, or even guarantee she can get a VISA much less a green card.
