2005 Husqvarna YTH2248 riding mower w/ the BS intek vtwin 24hp engine will barely turn over (won't start) despite new battery. Sluggish. Will turn over a time or two and then stop. Tried jump-starting it off of my truck with similar results. Any suggestions? Thanks.

check valve clearance.
